Job description:
Mediastay is going to open a new subsidiary in Sao Paulo and is looking for a Country Director. In this context, we look for a senior manager who will be able to handle Mediastay Brazilian activities:
- Building and managing a team of professionals located in Sao Paulo
- Defining a business plan for the Brazilian market relying on Mediastay’s core expertise and tools
- Developing commercial activities ranging from prospection to customer management
- Creating partnerships with web portals, media agencies and online publishers
- Managing the relationship with Paris headquarter
- Building and managing a team of professionals located in Sao Paulo

Director’s Profile:
At least 5 years of working experience in the Brazilian Internet industry, ideally at an affiliation platform,
online advertising agency or lead generation firm
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing a small team
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and negotiating skills
• A positive attitude and a passion for winning new business and closing deals face to face
• Success-driven with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Technical savvy in order to easily handle IT related issues
• International experience would be welcome
• Fluent in English (mandatory), working proficiency in French would be appreciated
