1) Sales Operations Manager

R$6000/monthly + benefits.

· Manages team and leads 3 key areas for Latin America.

· Portal Management

· Assists in submission efforts

· Sales Reporting/Carrier Reports/A-R & Collections Liaison:

Knowledge in:

· Games market in Latin America.

· Mobile market in Latin America.

· Content management, internet.

· Sales operations strategies.

· Relationship with mobile carriers.

Fluent in English and Spanish. Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing or related courses. MBA or post-graduation course in Marketing/Sales.

Professional background:

· 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing area.

· Experience in sales reports, building marketing and sales strategies for the mobile market and on line content management.

2) Marketing Coordinator

R$4000/monthly + benefits.

· Development, presentation and execution of local product marketing plans using the complete marketing mix

· Development and execution of tactical promotional plans

· Develop local Public Relationship

· Conduct post mortem analysis on all executed marketing campaigns to understand performance vs. pre-established KPI’s

· Manage relationships with local Brazil licensor executives to ensure smooth relationship and proper use of 3rd party brands / franchises

· Channel approvals of 3rd party creative / marketing campaigns with Brasil Carriers

· Analyze title and promotions performance

· Build, develop and manage relationships with marketing executives of OEM partners

· Contribute to LATAM marketing knowledge base through periodic development of “best practice” marketing documents and case studies

· Support sales/business development in identification and development of alternatives market channels.

· Support licensing function to identify local licensing opportunities for the periodic development of territory specific products as needed.Proven work experience in marketing at product manager / marketing manager level

· Ability to conduct business in English

· University degree (business degree preferred)

· Experience working in business to consumer products a must. Entertainment / Video game industry (preferred). Mobile experience a significant plus.

· Experience with complete suite of Microsoft Office.

· Ability to work autonomously and without supervision
