EA procura Gerente de Marketing D2C/Subscriptions LATAM


Description – Direct-To- Consumer/ Subscription Manager
          
·         Work with Sales team in supporting all carriers in the region  as well as, assisting in other special project initiatives
·         Follow up on contracts for designated markets; manage product launches supported with marketing materials, communication campaigns, and promotions for launching new content and/or new services.
·         Lead product launch plans including advertising, website, carrier relations, sales analysis and competitor analysis
·         Drive productive marketing partnerships with carriers, new app store and platforms.
·         Develop marketing programs from concept to execution, and communicate results to internal team and external partners.
·         Work in partnership with the product marketing team to execute channel-drive programs as part of go-to-market strategies and pushing core catalogue titles.
·         Prepare channel marketing plans on specific titles/channels to support the product franchise plans.
·         Development, implantation and management of white label services and/or promotions together with the carriers.
·         Review and run brand and licensor approvals on marketing and advertising creative’s – related to TV advertising, print, direct mail, and online.
·         Assist Head of Sales & Marketing for LATAM in overall planning and take on responsibilities for ad hoc projects
·         Maintain carrier relationships including securing invoices and appropriate reporting to LA headquarter.
·          Ensure products launch on schedule working in partnership with Deployment, QA, Submissions teams, strategic planning and Finance/collection.

Planning & Analysis
·         Develop marketing calendar, go-to marketing strategies and promotions by channel.
·         Forecast sales potential of marketing programs, and deliver post-mortem analysis, making strategic recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
  • Prepare and present monthly summaries that highlight channel marketing wins, learning, and opportunities.
  • Develop and pitch presentations to internal publishing team and external partners.
·         Analyze sales figures to validate effectiveness of product launches and promotions

Sales Reporting & financial invoicing for Account Management
  • Generate Monthly report for Mexico market due the 10th of each month
  • For sales forecast, compile information and analyze market information for  unit sales and actual local currency (or USD) sales:
ü  Monitor sales figures of titles on a monthly basis
ü  Maintain insert data on our USA system (DSS)
ü  Direct contact with our business analyst on USA
ü  Create Sales data for invoicing and collection
 
Professional Qualifications
 Requirements:
  • Strong analysis skills required.
  • Ability to partner across functions
  • Minimum 4-8 years relevant work experience
  • Background in consumer marketing and advertising
  • BS/BA required
  • Understanding of marketing, promotions, and pricing strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation & communication skills
  • The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the interactive entertainment/video games industry preferred.
  • Effective time management and work prioritization skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required.
