 ·        Definição dos guidelines estratégicos de mobile mkt, análise de mercado e identificação de tendências/oportunidades de negócio para geração de novas receitas;
·         Gestão do portfólio de produtos e parcerias com os players da cadeia de mobile marketing (agências, integradores, content providers, anunciantes);
·         PMO de projetos cross áreas garantindo alinhamento entre áreas técnicas e de negócios e implantação dos projetos;
·         Acompanhar evolução tecnológica e mercadológica do business de mobile marketing;
·         Garantir atendimento aos processos e premissas regulatórias e de Best Praticles do tema;
·         Responder pelo P&L do tema (visão end to end) incluindo indicadores de qualidade e receita.

BSCS implementation Manager & Analyst •         Must have knowledge and experience on BSCS system implementations. Experience on Product Configuration, Provisioning and DOC 1 is desirable.

VAS implementation Manager & Analyst •         Must have knowledge and experience on VAS system implementations.•         Fluent English

CRM implementation manager & Analyst •         Must have knowledge and experience on CRM, especially Siebel and Order Management system implementations.

IVR implementation manager & Analyst •         Must have knowledge and experience on IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system implementations.

Data Migration implementation Manager & Analyst •         Must have knowledge and experience on Data Migration from Legacy systems to Siebel.

Finance implementation Manager & Analyst •         Must have knowledge and experience on Oracle Financials system implementations.

POS implementation Manager & Analyst •         Must have knowledge and experience on Gemco, SFA, Maestro and Single system implementations.

BI/DW implementation Manager & Analyst •         Must have knowledge and experience on BI/DW system implementations. •         Knowledge on indicators implementation is desirable (Anatel KPIs is a plus).

Prepaid implementation Manager & Analyst •         Must have knowledge and experience on ALU prepaid platform implementations.
