TIM w.e. contrata Account Sales Manager MKTM - BRAZIL - SP

Role:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generate new business directly from brands and media agencies and other partners

Will be STRONGLY sales driven (a "go getter")

He/she will be dealing with both agencies, as well as brands and selling a range of marketing and advertising solutions;

He/she should rely on his/her experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Also, a wide degree of (commercial) creativity and commitment is expected.

Manage different aspects of the mobile campaigns, including developing pitching, marketing plans, managing budget plans, reporting and billing;

Available to Travel

Skills required:

University degree

Must have online/interactive or marketing/advertising experience

Strong commercial skills

3 years of experience in media or advertising

Experience in sales planning and campaign management

Experience with all forms of online targeting modules and buying options

Entrepreneur!

Strong Network

Driven, self‐motivated and independent

Analytical

Proactive and outgoing

Business negotiation skills

Communication skills

Stress management (able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines)

Adaptable to changing environment

Priority management skills

Previous work experience in a multinational company is considered a strong advantage;

Capability to reach targets under pressure
